Stand options

Unfurnished stand area
42,5 / m²

Price includes electricity (50 W / m²)
Minimum size of an unfurnished stand area is 7 m².
Stand areas are sized from 7 m² to 15 m² (corner placement, depth 2 m or 3 m). For larger stand areas, please contact us (stand placement, depth and size negotiable).

Type A stand - Corner placement

Price includes one table, two chairs and electricity (300 W).
Stand area is 6 m².
Stand areas in corner placements have room for a second table if necessary.
Only one type A stand per vendor.

Type A stand — Row placement

Price includes one table, two chairs and electricity (300 W)
Stand area is 6 m².
Only one type A stand per vendor.

Type B stand

Price includes one table and two chairs. No electricity.
Placement of type B stands aims to be as loose as possible, but exact measurements of the stand area cannot be guaranteed.
Only one type B stand per vendor.

Promotional stand

Price includes one table, two chairs and a partition. No electricity.
Promotional stands are to be used only for promoting associations, organisations and events with similar topics and themes as Ropecon.

Only one promotional stand per association, organisation or event.
Promotional stands are located outside of the Vendor Hall.

Each stand option includes a necessary number of Vendor Badges. Vendor Badges grant access to the convention area and the Volunteer Lounge but do not give access to the programme of Ropecon. A Vendor Badge is required to gain access to the Vendor Hall during construction, maintenance and dismantling hours. Vendor Badges are company specific.

When reserving a stand, vendors can also pre-order regular weekend tickets to Ropecon for the Early Dragon price of 40 € per ticket (price when purchased at the venue is 45 € per ticket). Pre-ordered tickets are paid in the same invoice as the reservation fee for the stand area. Vendor Badges and any pre-ordered wristband tickets will be delivered to the stand area before the convention opens for attendees.

Furniture and equipment

Pricing does not include partitions or mats. Vendors are free to use their own furniture in all other stand types except for in promotional stands. Additional tables (200 cm x 70 cm) and chairs are available for rent through Ropecon for all stand types.

Messukeskus Expo and Convention Centre has its own free-to-use Wi-Fi network (both 5 GHz and 2,4 GHz). However, please note that this network does not always operate reliably if there are other access points or wireless networks (for example those that wireless payment terminals use) nearby.

Organising programme and small events at the stand area may be possible, provided that the Vendor Hall Coordinator has been notified and has agreed to the activities beforehand.

Since the lighting within the Vendor Hall is relatively dim, bringing along some form of lighting is recommended. However, please remember that the electricity consumption of the stand area must not exceed its appointed limits, even momentarily. Increases in electricity needs must be notified before the end of June. Exceeding the predetermined limits of the reserved stand area’s electricity consumption will result in an additional fee.
